The Silver Surfer
The Silver Surfer was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1966 in the Fantastic Four comic. The Silver Surfer was originally Norrin Radd, a young astronomer of the planet Zenn-La. He offeres himself to Galactus, a god-like being, in order to save his home plantet from certain destruction. Galactus accepts his sacrifice and bestows the Silver Surfer with great powers, known as the power of the cosmos, for him to search for other planets for Galactus to consume. The Silver Surfer's powers enables him to channel energies and molecules where he can use them for force, time travel, heal the sick and wounded, among others. The Silver Surfer's powers are nearly limitless and he is one of the most powerful superheroes ever created by Marvel.
