Once I order How Long Until I Receive it?

Most orders ship in 2-4 business days from the time of ordering unless otherwise noted on the product page. At our site, we try to keep our entire site up to date by the minute. If you don't see "out of stock" or "presale" on the product's page, it is available and ready to ship. Cardboard Standups take approx 3-6 weeks to ship as we don't carry those items in our warehouse. Please email us if you placed an order in regards to this item so we can give you an ETA on when the item is going to ship.

Where do we ship

We ship to many destinations and if you don't see your country at checkout in the pulldown menu that means we only accept payments via money order. Please see our frequently asked questions page for more info on shipping.

Out of Stock & Preorder Sales

Anything listed as a presale or saying that the product is out of stock (will be noted in the product options and / or detailed descriptions ) can not be cancelled under any circumstance (we are reserving this item for you and denying others potential customers the product that you have promised to buy). We try to give an approximate time that the order will ship, but it may run shorter or longer depending on the next scheduled production of the item. It is only a benchmark when we expect to ship the item and is listed as a courtesy to our customers on an expectation date for delivery. Please don't order these items if the above guidelines are not followed as refunds will not be granted. Store credit will be given only for a cancellation for items in these 2 categories and there is a 50% restocking and administration fee for the order's total.
