Revenge of the Nerds
Revenge of the Nerds was released in 1984 and starred Robert Carradine and Anthony Edwards as Lewis and Gilbert, a couple of nerds who attend Adams College. The nerds are tormented and persecuted by a group of jocks, led by Stan Gable, known as the Alpha Betas. As the plot unfolds, the nerds become fed up with the jocks constant ridicule and decide to take the Alpha Betas on at the homecoming carnival to seize power by gaining control the Greek Council, the governing body of the school. The Nerds not only take control of the council, but Lewis wins the heart of Betty, Stan Gable's girlfriend. The Revenge of the Nerds movie was a hit and has released several sequels to the original Revenge of the Nerds movie.
