Exchange and Return Policy
The customer has the right to return/exchange any item ordered from 21
days of the shipping date. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on items
that are no longer considered brand new such as the time when the left
our store. We do not accept returns on items that have been washed,
stained, misused, or in any other way altered that the item will be
unable to be resold as brand new to future customers. The
return/exchange must also include the order invoice that was sent to
the customer at checkout which is why we require an email to be given
or the exchange/return will not be accepted. If a return/exchange is
sent back to our store and doesn't meet all of the criteria stated
above, the return/exchange will be void and will be returned to the
customer at their expense.
From time to time, we receive an order back that has shipped from our
store and either wasn't delivered to the correct address, left
unclaimed by the customer and returned to us by the post office as they
were not home at the time of the delivery, etc. We will treat this
occurance as a return unless incorrectly addressed by our company and
all fees associated with a return/exchange will apply. Please double
check your purchase info including your shipping destination to make
sure that nothing has been missed or left out as we are not responsible
for shipping errors due to incomplete or incorrect addresses that are
supplied by the customer. If you do see an error in your order, please
email us immediately as most items ship in 2-3 business days from the
time the order was placed.
Restocking Fees
In order to help keep our prices low, there is a 25% restocking &
administration fee for all returns / exchanges for the entire order's
total amount and all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Cancellations
Orders can not be cancelled once they are moved out of the "New"
category as they are in the process of being verified for correct
shipping and billing information, being charged, etc. All cancellations
requested by the customer will be treated as a refund and all fees that
are associated with returns and exchanges will be applied.
Returns Without Email Receipt
All returns must have the original shipping label and the email order
invoice that was sent at the time of checkout. If either of these two
are not included, an additional 15% fee is required for processing.
