The Goonies
The Goonies movie was based on a story by Stephen Spielberg and directed by Richard Donner and relased back in 1985 and became a big box office hit. The Goonies featured a band of kids from a part of Oregon called the Goon Docks. The Goonies go on an adventure to find buried treasure and a one-eyed pirate to help save their Goon Docks from demolition. The Goonies movie featured several popular characters including Sloth and Chunk. The Goonies movie is well known by both kids and adults alike.
