Care Bears
The Care Bears are group of characters created by the Hallmark company in 1981 and had a cartoon based on the Care Bears in 1985. Each Care Bear had a symbol printed on their respective stomach that represents their personality. The Care Bears tv show was a sucessful one as it ran for three years and had several animated movies based on the characters. Care Bear gifts and merchandise are still in production by Hallmark which is a testiment to their popularity for young and old fans of the Care Bears.
